Gutter repair in Hollywood, FLFix the cause, not the drip.
We find where the water is really getting out, then repair the seam, hanger or pitch behind it so the fix holds through the next storm.
Gutter Repair
Most gutter trouble starts small. A corner begins to weep, a hanger pulls loose, one end sags. Left alone, that water runs down the fascia and the wall instead of out through the downspout.
Many repairs are small and worth doing. Some are not, and we will tell you which is which. If the metal is worn through or the fascia behind it is soft, a patch will not hold and new gutters make more sense.

Signs your gutters need a repair
Drips at seams and corners
Water beading under a joint or a corner means the sealant has let go. It tends to get worse with each storm.
A run that sags or pulls away
When a section dips or leans off the house, the hangers have loosened or the board behind them has gone soft.
Water sitting after the rain
A gutter that holds water has lost its pitch. Standing water adds weight and gives mosquitoes a place to breed.
Storm damage
After a big blow, look for bent hangers, dents and sections knocked out of line. Wind and falling limbs do it.

On the job
What a repair visit covers
- Tracing the leak to its real source, not just the wet spot
- Resealing seams, corners and downspout outlets that have opened up
- Re-securing loose hangers, or replacing the ones that no longer hold
- Resetting the pitch so water runs to the downspout instead of sitting
- Checking the fascia board behind the gutter before we call it fixed

Repairs that stand up to the rain
Our rainy season runs roughly May through October, and a weak seam gets tested by short, heavy storms on most summer afternoons. Hurricane season can knock hangers loose or bend a run, and salt air near the coast is hard on metal. We look for all of it.
Questions
Gutter Repair: common questions
Should I repair my gutters or replace them?
It depends on the metal and the board behind it. A bad seam or a few loose hangers repair well. Worn-through metal or soft fascia usually does not. We look at it and tell you which, plainly.
Why does the downspout outlet leak?
The joint where the gutter meets the downspout carries the most water and takes the most strain. The sealant breaks down or the outlet pulls loose. We check it, and we check for a clog below it.
